RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order was placed or delivered. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned in their original packaging and have all original tags attached where applicable, as some items may not include tags.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return conditions, including that they have not been worn or washed. If any issues are identified during the inspection, we will contact you via email to advise you of the outcome.
CHANGE OF MIND
If your order has not yet been shipped and a shipping label has not been created, and you have changed your mind, your order (or particular items) can be cancelled and refunded, excluding a 10% restocking fee.
Once your order has been packed and a shipping label has been initiated, we are unable to make any changes to the items in your order. You will need to receive the order and then return it to us if you wish to make a change. Please note that if you are requesting a different item or size, it may become out of stock by the time we receive your return.
If you are returning your order due to a change of mind or because you purchased the incorrect size, a refund can be provided excluding a 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
Exchanges are generally not possible, as most of our stock is made to order and we do not carry spare items.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To return your item(s) simple ship them back to PO Box 3013, Rouse Hill NSW
Please include your name and order number (you can contact via email to make us aware of your return prior to sending)
once your return has been receive refund will be processed.
(please note this will EXCLUDE shipping costs)
FAULTY ITEMS
For faulty items, please send an email within 14 days of receiving your order, including clear photos or videos and a description of the fault. This allows us to assess the issue and liaise with our printer where necessary.
We may request additional images to assist with our investigation. If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund once the item has been returned to us.
Please note that items must have been cared for in accordance with the provided care instructions. These are included on the garment, on the website and included with your package. If we determine that the care instructions have not been followed, we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement.
